Layered Table Lamp - Black with Oak (UK Plug)
A modern table lamp, made from 3d printed parts on an oak base.
I needed a lamp to go next to my record player at work, but after looking at loads online I couldn't find one I liked so I made my own. The layers are printed from the renewable biopolymer PLA (which means it's important that you use a low energy bulb, but I'll provide a nice 4W squirrel cage style bulb that will work just fine) and the base is made from a piece of live edge oak.
(I’ll be making these to order and obviously each piece of wood will be slightly different, so the pictures are for illustration purposes only. It’ll be very similar though.)
The lamp fitting is a standard bayonet fitting, confirming to BS EN 60598 (this comes from the supplier, lampspares.co.uk and can be viewed on their website).
Please note this comes with a UK plug and I can’t therefore sell it to anyone outside of the UK.
Wood is a natural material and is subject to movement over time. Plastic isn't, but as you can see from the photos it has some surface texture. Please check the photos carefully and make sure you're happy with how it looks before ordering.
