Tape Display Shelf | Cassette Shelves | Album Wall Mount

£3.50
Display your tapes on your wall with these cassette shelves, 3d printed to order in a range of colours. Why not combine them with a Now Playing or Now Spinning stand or shelf, also available in my shop, and put your current album on show?

(Please read below for more info, including fitting instructions.)

-------

Every order will include the right number of No More Nails removable strips to hang them.

I stock 3M Command Strips as well, because people sometimes ask for those, so if you'd rather have them just let me know and I'll send them instead.

The shelves are deep enough to hold a single case. Those big old doubles are a bit too cumbersome to cater for I'm afraid.

There's a little ridge inside so that the tape sits at a slight angle backwards, so that it doesn't tip forwards. For some of the thinner cases you might need to be a little bit careful about how you put it on there - try to make sure it rests on that ridge, rather than sitting in behind it.

-------

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ensure the wall is clean and free of dust, is painted (not wall-papered) and is not flaking, and is flat - not textured like artex. If you need to clean it or the shelf, do so with alcohol.
2. Place the sticky tab on the back of the shelf, ensuring it only attaches to the flat surface and doesn't overhang.
3. Remove the backing strip and press firmly with both hands on the back surface of the shelf only.
4. Leave it at least a few hours before putting anything on it and check that it is stuck firmly and flat, and hasn't come away at the edges or corners. The sticky strips are rated to hold 2kg but because of the cantilever effect of a shelf, and the variation in surface type and conditions, they won't take that much.

Please note: I'm including the removable strips free of charge, but I can't take responsibility for how you put them up. I've tested them, and I've had lots of happy customers, but if you don't put them up properly or the surface you're sticking them to isn't appropriate, they will fall down risking damage to your tapes. They need to be stuck to a well-painted, smooth (non-textured, painted, not wall-papered), clean wall.

-------

Any questions or issues please get in touch. I can do custom orders and I can offer discounts for large batches.

(I do have a screw-mounted version of these in case you need to put them up on a wallpapered wall. They're thicker at the back to accommodate the keyhole for the screw, so don't look quite as sleek, but they're still great. We're talking relative here. If you need that version just add a note to your order.)

Thanks
Rob
